Start treatment at the first signs of a sore throat or tickly cough. Spray 1-4 sprays into the throat every 2 to 3 hours or as needed (up to 6 times a day). For use by children under 10 years: Always under adult supervision.Method of application:- Shake the bottle before use.- Turn the mouthpiece that is pointing downwards forward so that it is pointing slightly upwards at an angle.Tilt your head back and insert the nozzle into your mouth until the hand holding the bottle rests against your chin.
