Product information for Mattisson Kefir 13 Miljard: Application of Mattisson Kefir 13 Miljard: Kefir Probisson® capsules are made by adding 5 different bacterial strains to raw milk, namely Lactobacillus paracasei LPC12, Lactobacillus rhamnosus LRH10, Lactobacillus fermentum LF26, Streptococcus thermophilus ST30 and Lactobacillus helveticus LH43, which initiates a fermentation process. A special patented coating is then added to ensure the stability and viability of the bacterial strains. The mixture is then freeze-dried, ground, and two well-researched bacterial strains are added: Lactobacillus acidophilus LA1063 and Bifidobacterium longum BL986. Finally, the mixture is sieved and finally packed into capsules.
