Just Organic Jaggery is prepared from Organic Sugarcane Juice, sugarcane being grown at the foothills of Himalayas (Indian state – Uttarakhand) in the fields nourished by the water of the Ganges. A very strict organic certification regime ensures the purity at the sugarcane level itself. Available only during the winters, Just Organic Jaggery is one of the seasonal favourites. Available in blocks, it is obtained by cutting cubical pieces of solidified, cooled Jaggery with a considerable amount of moisture. It is usually consumed as a sweet snack or an after meal sweetener.
